Bug Description

This info was intended for bug #871728, but apport-collect didn't work.

~$ apport-collect 871728
ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: '/home/me/.launchpadlib'
You can reset the credentials by removing the file "/home/me/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"
~$ rm /home/me/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials
rm: cannot remove `/home/me/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials': No such file or directory
~$ apport-collect 871728
