Bug Description
In order to encode device profile information we need support from the software-
The initial UI can simply be a free form text entry but eventually should become a bunch of checkboxes that matches what the client supports. The strings will look like "hardware:

I just discussed this with debtags upstream and for encoding a dvd-writer he would like to use "hardware: :storage: cd" and "use::editing". Should not matter much for your at this point, but its a "warning" that multiple tags may be used. But given that we need multiple tags anyway to say "needs gps and dvd-writer" that should not be a prolbem.
