User story:
As a Google Authenticator user with a camera-less phone, I want to be able to add 2-f auth settings to my phone manually (without a QR code) so that I can still set up my account even though my phone doesn't have a working camera.
Details:
Provide detailed instructions for a user to set up his device manually for using Google Authenticator with SSO.
