Olive menu Branch Initialize doesn't take an argument

Bug Description

With bzr it is possible to specify what (non-existing) directory you would want to init:

   bzr init foo

Olive tries to initialize the current directory directly, which is fine if you
already have the directory and only need to add a .bzr dir, but less so when
you want to create the dir.
