Gator driver fails to compile on 3.2 rc kernels. It fails on

linaro-android-3.2-agreen-rebase head on jstultz android kernel and tilt-android-tracking on Andy greens kernel (http://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=landing-teams/working/ti/kernel.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/tilt-android-tracking) .

These are the kernel using in tracking-panda and mainline panda build of ICS.

The attached patch fixes the issue for tracking-panda and mainline panda build. This patch needs to be merged to http://git.linaro.org/gitweb?p=arm/ds5/gator.git;a=summary
