Add metadata operations test test_images.py in storm/tests

Add the following tests to storm/tests/test_images.py :

test_set_image_metadata
test_update_image_metadata
test_get_image_metadata_item
test_set_image_metadata_item
test_delete_image_metadata_item

The test names each above correspond to a method under storm/service/nova/json/image_client.py .

Thanks Daryl. The merge proposal covers all of what I intended to add and also fixes the typos in image_client.py

After Daryl merges the change , we can look at it , and see if we need to add any set/get of metadata for any other property
