staging-origen-11.11-release: boot_cmds_android not defined

LAVA error in https://android-build.linaro.org/builds/~linaro-android/staging-origen-11.11-release/#build=3 indicates boot_cmds_android is not defined on origen.

[Paul Larson]Origen: We needed the recently landed changes for supporting android on boards with partition offsets, which we upgraded to over the weekend. I spent some time working on it today, pushed a few more fixes, and got a successful run of android on origen
