Remove Eye Of Gnome from default apps since Shotwell already does its functionality

Bug Description

Eye of Gnome occupies 3MB install size, and his is precious infrastructure on the limited CD space Ubuntu works on. Since shotwell already does everything EOG does, it is redundant and should be considered for removal.
