This happens after adding a new location in 'Time in other locations' section

Happens after installation of Precise (/home was kept), no new locations have been added.
Removal of other time zones didn't help.
Dconf displayed locale zone twice (first screenshot), removing the second one, logout-in, reboot, dpkg-reconfigure didn't help, it still displays locale time zone twice (second screenshot).

Purge and reinstallation of indicator-datetime also didn't help.

Fixed in precise, although package version is the same, perhaps some other updates fixed it. Thanks.

Not fixed, two locales displayed again, dconf is the same as #4. No changes have been made here.
