Bug Description

I've installed Microsoft Office 2007 with wine on my computer, and created shortcuts that appear in the Unity panel. Starting Word (for example) by clicking the shortcut in the panel works correctly and running indcators appear next to the correct icon.
However, when Word is closed and attempting to open a .doc file by using the default application (which has also been set to Word) causes the panel to create another icon called "Wine Windows Program Loader".
I think this is mostly to do with the default shortcut being a link to wine start <windows shortcut> rather than wine C:\\Program\ Files\\Microsoft\ Office\\Office12\\WINWORD.EXE , however Unity should be smart enough to realise that after they are launched, they are the same program running (e.g. gnome-system-monitor shows WINWORD.EXE not start.exe ).
