Bug Description
There's no way in Scratch so save a file with another name. There's no button, no menu entry, and no shortcut to do so.

As far as I can see the way to do this is to use the save as file contract... this is not really intuitive. Furthermore the behavior does not match the expected one, I would expect future changes to the file (in the same session) to be saved to the newly created one, instead of to the original one.
