Bug Description

While double-clicking on an ".exe" file in Nautilus, before Wine is launched there is a check on the status of its executable bit. If not set, a warning is shown in a popup, and you have to set the executable bit yourself.

The problem is that although my Ubuntu session is in French, this message is displayed in English:
"
The file '/home/mathieu/Téléchargements/InstallMyTomTomSA.exe' is not marked as executable. If this was downloaded or copied from an untrusted source, it may be dangerous to run. For more details, read about the executable bit.
"

The derivated problem -- wich should be fixed if the string is translated -- is that "executable bit" is an HTTP link to an English only page (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Security/ExecutableBit).
