Bug Description
Netcf is a library used to modify the network configuration of a
system. Network configurations are expressed in a platform-
XML format, which netcf translates into changes to the system's
'native' network configuration files.
Netcf can be used by libvirt to better interact with the host network
layout. See bug 520386 for user requests for this functionality in
libvirt.
