Bug Description

After installing ubuntu 11.10 i noticed that zetgeist-daemon uses a lot of memory after login to continue. And compiz uses a lot of memory (~100-150 mb). I think it is abnormal. I tried to login Unity 2D session and zeitgeist memory usage still high.

I'm using Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit with Unity 3D and zetgeist-daemon uses a lot of memory too.

Is this still happening with the latest versions of "zeitgeist-daemon" and, especially, "zeitgeist-extensions", in Oneiric? Thanks.

Got the same problem. After login zeitgeist-daemon needs nearly 300MB.

If I kill the process the new process only needs 12MB

I have Ubuntu 11.10 AMD64
