Thanks for your report.

The failure is caused by not enough space on the target drive:
Oct 8 06:02:25 ubuntu ubiquity: Selecting previously deselected package linux-headers-3.0.0-11-generic.
Oct 8 06:02:25 ubuntu ubiquity: Unpacking linux-headers-3.0.0-11-generic (from .../linux-headers-3.0.0-11-generic_3.0.0-11.18_amd64.deb) ...
Oct 8 06:02:58 ubuntu ubiquity: dpkg: error processing /cdrom//pool/main/l/linux/linux-headers-3.0.0-11-generic_3.0.0-11.18_amd64.deb (--unpack):
Oct 8 06:02:58 ubuntu ubiquity: unable to install new version of `/usr/src/linux-headers-3.0.0-11-generic/include/config/mfd/support.h': No space left on device

There was another bug that was similar to this one that mentioned there not being enough space on the HD, so I made sure to check the space while it was being installed, and there was plenty of space. The target root partition was 10GB and was empty before I started installing. The target home partition was 20GB and also empty before install. When the error happened there was still 8GB free on the / partition.
