Bug Description
Sometimes some bug trackers go under several names. For example, the KDE bugtracker holds a zillion KDE projects; or, the Novell bugzilla also holds openSUSE-related bugs.
Now, you can just make a different bugtracker entry for each of these, but then you also get problems with throttling out repetitive requests. So, for example:
[16:49:14] <apokryphos> there's https:/
[16:49:17] <aka_druid_> bug 247385 close as invalid please
[16:49:19] <bugbot> SUSE bug 247385 in openSUSE 10.2 (Update Problems) "Support for 3rd party repos in opensuseupdater" [Enhancement,New]
[16:49:21] <bugbot> Novell bug 247385 in openSUSE 10.2 (Update Problems) "Support for 3rd party repos in opensuseupdater" [Enhancement,New] http://

Might be worth mentioning that the Bugzilla plugin claims to have alias support; not sure if the code there is useful though..
