Bug Description
I have an ASUS W2V laptop with a radeon X700 videocard. The live CD for 7.04 (and 6.10) starts
fine but when X starts the screen turns off, even though the destop continues to load.
The problem is that the xorg.conf file needs Option "MonitorLayout" "LVDS,AUTO" or it redirects
output to the vga out.
I can work around this by dropping to a terminal editing the xorg.conf file and then ctrl-alt-
