Bug Description

rosetta-approve-imports.py has for some time be spewing hundreds of warning log entries like this:

2011-09-11 23:41:29 WARNING Found 2 competing templates with translation domain 'messages': "openerp-messages in OpenERP Web Client trunk"; "viewcalendar-messages in OpenERP Web Client trunk".
2011-09-11 23:41:35 WARNING Found 2 competing templates with translation domain 'javascript': "openerp-javascript in OpenERP Web Client trunk"; "viewcalendar-javascript in OpenERP Web Client trunk".

Warnings are meant to be bad. These have been happening forever, so they are hopefully not bad. They need to be either fixed or demoted.
