Missing Printers Icon in Main Menu and Setting Manager

Bug Description

Xfce lacks of an icon to directly call system-config-printer. The icon is not present in the Main Menu or in Setting Manager windows. The standard user would think Xubuntu comes with no printer manager utility.

Since system-config-printer is installed by default shouldn't be any problem on adding at least one shortcut.
