Back and Forward button borders are misplaced in RTL

Fixed in linked branch.

Sorry, Kiwinote, this is better but it still isn't fixed. The inner border is still on the outer edges, and the outer border is on the inner edges.

Hi mpt! So this was working, but broke in r2334 and was fixed again in r2365 which is currently in trunk and will be in the next release.
