Unclear message when using disconnect-switch

Bug Description
Version: shroudBNC (loader: 1.2 $Revision: 1080 $)
Context: Bouncer tries to connect to an unreachable IRCd.
After setting up the command /msg sbnc disconnect the bouncers replies "You are not connected to an irc server". This is kinda unclear because after setting up the command the bnc stopps reconnecting to the IRCd. It would be nice, if the message could be changed to a more clear one. (I guess it's line 987 in ClientConnectio
