Audio does not line up to the displayed start and stop positions of the audio clip

Bug Description
When playing audio clips, you can hear when they start and stop and see where the playhead is. The first clip will start perfectly on time, but the audio will stop before the playhead gets to the end of the waveform. Clips that come after the first one neither start on time or stop on time.
I would expect the playhead to always be aligned with the audio that is currently playing.
