Structural object heading for translation page should be the product/package

Bug Description

Translation pages currently have a structural object header describing the template. This is incorrect: the header should be the name of the product or distribution+package.

For example, <https://translations.beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/dapper/+source/gstreamer0.10/+pots/gstreamer-0.10> has the header "Template 'gstreamer-0.10' in Ubuntu Dapper package 'gstreamer0.10'". This should be "Dapper source package: gstreamer0.10", just as on <https://beta.launchpad.net/ubuntu/dapper/+source/gstreamer0.10>.

It may save time to fix bug 103527 at the same time as this bug.
