TI LT Kernel 3.0 (11.07/11.08) DVI output doesn't support high resolutions

Bug Description
With and without the DRM OMAP driver, TI LT kernel can't display high resolutions (like fullhd), probably because of a soft pixclock limitation.
Seems It can reach the same resolutions as you can get from OMAP 3, even if in theory the hardware supports at least fullhd.
Based on 11.08 here's the cmdline arguments I'm using to test DVI: omapfb.
