Bug Description
Problem occurs with: light-themes 0.1.8.21, Ubuntu Ocelot
Does not occur with: Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.7
1. In Ubuntu Software Center, navigate to a category that has enough items to scroll, such as "Accessories".
2. Try to tell whether you are seeing the complete list.
What happens:
* You can't tell, unless there happens to be a partly-visible item at the bottom of the window.
* There is a scrollbar, but it consists only of a Windows-Phone-style sliver in the selection color. And because it's on top of a selected item, it's utterly invisible.
What should happen: Scrollbars should not use a single solid color, and/or their primary color should be very different from the selection color.
