Bug Description

Packages such as Abiword will allow me to change the input method, but libreoffice will not.
If the IBus preference is to "Share the same input method among all applications" and an input method is currently selected then libreoffice ignores the setting. If the IBus preference is to not share methods, and libreoffice window is the foreground window then the IBus language bar reports "No input window".
