Do "loses" its theme settings when logging out

I'm using Ubuntu LTS 10.04.03, which provides Do 0.8.3.1 from the official repositories. The default theme is 'classic', but I prefer 'Nouveau'. When I switch themes I see that Do has updated its theme, but once in every few restarts Do switches back to the classic theme. It doesn't happen in every restart and I can't really clearly state what should be done in order to reach this specific flow. I'll be happy to submit log files that may be helpful.
