speed in title bar should be displayed first

The problem with qBittorrent is that it places the speed information after its name and version. Since taskbar buttons have a limited size, speed information doesn't have the chance to show up, so that the user sees only the program name. I believe you can change this in a future release, by putting speed information first, or, even better, by letting users customize what and in what order appears in the titlebar and Windows taskbar.
