wish: Scheduled transaction date before or after weekend

This is something that I would like as well. In the UK, most bill payments
are by Direct Debit, which will go out the next working day if the date it
is meant to be paid out falls on a weekend or a bank holiday

So, now you will be able to select what to do if the date to post occurs on weekend (sat, sun):
weekend: possible, before, after

the shift only affect the posted transaction, not the recurring sequence.
