Wiki needs caption option for images

Bug Description

Quite self explanatory. If I'm including a technical diagram (not just a piece of artwork or something) in a developer guide, I need to be able to provide a caption explaining what's in the image. Just some small italicized text under the image is probably fine.

I believe the fancy zoom supports it by using the title text, but that's only displayed when the image is zoomed.

Yeah that's definitely good, but it's supplementary to the inline captions rather than a replacement imo.
