Bug Description
It would be great to have "publishing queues" so as to be able to add files while checking them to a queue ti be uploaded later (since watching items and uploading can't be done at the same time). Files from different folders could be added, and the queue could be paused and resumed depending on the bandwidth needs at a certain time.

Once that's implemented, youll be able to upload photos while still viewing photos and using Shotwell's other features.
