Bug Description
codehosting oopses such as OOPS-2021BZR207511 don't seem to include a full traceback, only the error message.

loggerhead oopses definitely have the backtrace, I don't think we get many from bzr itself, so this may be endemic to bzr oopses. As we do get an oops, this probably isn't critical, but definitely is high.
