[N53Jg, Realtek ALC269VB, Speaker, Internal] No sound at all

bonjour à tous, après avoir vérifier les informations collectée, je vous confirme les bogs suivants de UBUNTU sur mon Asus N53Jg:
1- les fichiers audios sortent sur les écouteurs branchés par la prise jack, mais ne sortent pas sur les haut-parleurs internes
2-le DVD enregistrés ne sont pas reconnus, ils sont vus comme des DVD vierge.
Je précise que ces deux problèmes ne se produisent pas sous windows (j'ai installé UBUNTU à coté de windows
