Bug Description
if the log tab is active in the log pane ctrl-tab will toggle through the body, tree and log panes. If any other tab is active the key combination will freeze in the log pane.

I am going to mark this as "fixed released", because it works for me and I'm pretty sure there was a fairly recent bug fix.
Note: ctrl-tab could be bound to several things:
1. tab-cycle-focus cycles between the tabs representing .leo files.
It (correctly) always puts focus in the body pane:
2. Presumably, this bug refers to either cycle-focus or cycle-all-focus.
Both work at present.
