inkscape generated excessively large PDF

Bug Description

I have got a form to fill in (see attached). I have opened it in the inkscape, created a new layer and filled all information in the layer. When I have exported resulting .svgz document (also attached) to PDF I've got HUGE file (6.5MB, if I can I would attach it as well) which Sumatra PDF viewer on Windows was not able to open.

Using inkscape-0.48.1-4.fc15.x86_64 on Fedora 15.

Based on the contents of the original PDF file and the SVG file as well as the problems encountered when attempting to reproduce the reported issue with recent cairo versions (Inkscape 0.48 or later appears to hang on PDF export while consuming increasing amounts of memory, equally when attempting to load the larger generated PDF file attached by the reporter), this is likely related to later report

Can still reproduce with Inkscape 1.0alpha (4855a8a2).

The problematic part of the document is the 'Nový variabilní symbol' section, g7551 in the second 'original' layer. Removing this reduces the generated file size to 110 KB.
