Bug Description
Could we please be consistent with capitalization for headings. Some
inconsistent examples:
Person index
SchoolBell Manager
My Calendar
Log out
New group
Add a Group
My personal preference is "Add a Group" style.

I'm about to commit a bunch of capitalization changes (New person -> New Person,
etc.) in ST/SB configure.zcml files.
If anybody wants to go through the web interface and correct the spelling to
"Add a Group" style, he/she has my blessing.
