Bug Description

We have bug 704845: "Add article explaining how to work with Debian/Upstream", but apart from that I think we should have a dedicated article that explains how to merge.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Merging should provide lots of good documentation, even if it might have to be updated/improved.
