Bug Description

WICD VERSION: 1.7.0
LOG FILE: not applicable
DISTRO: debian testing/unstable

SUMMARY: Not a bug, just an aesthetic. Freedesktop.org specifies a standard including placement of application config folders ( http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html ). wicd isn't in conformance, and so is yet another app cluttering up my $HOME folder with 'just one teeny more' config folder.

Ack, I suppose we could also drop it at all (unless used for other things other than USE_NOTIFICATIONS).
