change tooltip for hard refresh

Bug Description

If I'm doing a hard/super/forced/awesome refresh with ctrl + click, the tooltip should change to confirm that it's not just a regular refresh.

I would like to fix this, however based on a code review, the modifier to use for a super/forced/awesome refresh is shift + click, not control + click. Did you Expect ctrl+click to fo a full reload?
