Hello Hernando. I'm marking this as a dup of bug #650498 ("Expansion: 'ẞ' LATIN CAPTIAL LETTER SHARP S (U+1E9E)") as currently capital eszett hasn't been designed yet and will be added during the community expansion phase after the initial bootstrapping of the font by Dalton Maag is done.
In the screenshot, the glyph you're seeing is currently being substituted from DejaVu Sans (not even DejaVu Sans Mono!). The bug report about an eventual design for 'ẞ' has been the most active bug report we've had during the development, so it would be worth following up there.
Would you be willing to perhaps start engaging with the Germanic Type community to see what preferred designs would work most suitably with the rest of Ubuntu and the lowercase eszett?
