preferences dialog too high for netbooks

Bug Description

On my Netbook with 1024x600 running Ubuntu Lucid Gnome 2.30.2 Ambiance Theme the buttons are not displayed.

Confirmed. Preferences are 929×616 pixels including window decoration on MacOS. The additions to Vinyl control and Interface tab have made the preference window grown to big for netbooks.

Hi Daniel could you please test if its any better on your netbook with the attached patch?
On MacOS the default preference dialog window is 929x574 px incl. window decoration then.

Hi jus, Thank you for patching. I have tested your patch, but it is still to big. See attached screenshot. Please note, that this was made with netbook-remix. The standard Gnome setup has a taskbar at the bottom with the same size of the top panel which make things worst.

I have added a scroll area into preferences dialog. On tiny displays the dialog sizes to the available space. On big screens, the dialog is displayed with his size hint as default. (Work is still in progress)
