Cannot Remove Tracks that have been played from a Crate

Bug Description
Tracks in a Crate that have been played cannot be removed from the Crate. I have not tested whether or not this holds true if you play the track from the Library but try to remove it from a Crate that it is in.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add a Track to a Crate
2. Go to said Crate
3. Double click or Drag the Track to a Player
4. Right click the Track's listing in the Crate
5. Click on 'Remove' in the Track's Right Click Menu
Expected Result:
Track should be gone
Actual Result:
Track stubbornly remains right where it is. It also refuses to let it's rating be changed.

Tested & confirmed. It looks like the track table view doesn't get refreshed properly. After opening another crate and then going back the track is gone.
