can not seek music files

Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

Most of the times when I open music files(mp3, ogg, wmv) in totem, I am not able to seek to to any other position while playing.
This happen frequently and only 1 out 10 times seeking work, other times I can't even click on the seeker in time.

Oh, I thought may just I am having this problem. And it is also slower in performance and launch time is more than before.
