Bug Description

Weirdness with the mute button. Pressing mute on its own does nothing. However, if you press Mute then immediately press Vol Up or Vol Down, the speaker is muted.

If sound is already muted, then pressing mute alone does nothing. However, pressing mute and then immediately pressing Vol Up or Vol Down afterwards, the speaker becomes un-muted.

I noticed this bug after upgrading to 11.04 however it may have been present before.

Is there anything specific you'd like me to test?
