Editing a structural subscription doesn't let me edit the recipient

Bug Description

When editing a structural subscription, the bug mail recipient is not editable.

You can set a recipient team now.

For clarity, the bug as originally written is not fix released. Yes, you can add a subscription with a given recipient (team or person), but then you cannot later edit that same subscription to change the recipient. The editing was the point of this bug.

If we don't care about the use case, I think a better status change would be "Won't Fix" along with (something like) the original title and description.

The screen shot of the original clearly states 'Adding' - I
interpreted this as a transcription error in the bug prose rather than
the screen shot being wrong.

Cool. Yeah, didn't notice the screenshot, but this was a known issue from our work. I'm happy with Won't Fix, but that's a different question.

I will however drop this to low; creating a new subscription is an obvious workaround.
