Bug Description
For example, if there's already a "How do I connect a printer?" question, a new question titled "How do I use my printer?" should suggest the existing article, but still allow the user to create a new question.
This would be similar to Launchpad's bug reporting system. :)

So here's an idea. What if while you typed your question in the ask box we filtered the results on the page?
