receipt template editor preview busted for most templates

Went through in master (10/4/11) and attempted to identify each receipt type that had at least one macro with no preview data. The list follows.

Marking "Won't Fix" since this was a problem with the xul client. There are some issues with print templates in the web client not displaying preview data, but there are other open bug reports with those.
