Bug Description

Using Glance trunk revision 99.

When using 'glance-upload' images the kernel_id and ramdisk_id are both marked as deleted=1 by default. Pre-commit 99 this didn't used to be the case.

This ultimately causes Glance trunk to fail to boot AMI style images (with kernels and ramdisks) with nova.
