Bug Description
Since the new stock icon for Chrome/-ium (although I believe it's still only in the betas) removes a lot of the actual chrome, it fits a lot better with the elementary icon set than the previous stock icon did.
Since there is also a move towards letting the applications distribute their own icons in the elementary icon set, perhaps using the new stock Chrome/-ium icon instead would be a good idea?

just my two cents, I agree that the new stock icons for Chrome/-ium are a lot more complementary with elementary now, but I feel that it still looks a little too "gummy" for elementary's icons (at least in my Unity Launcher). I'm not sure how to describe it. To me it doesn't have that "Apple" sharpness\clarity that the rest of the icons have.
