Bug Description

A wishlist: patch to disable DRC and connection lookup visibility for layers with attribute "PCB::skip-drc".

Needs decent documentation (at least).

In the face face of recent advances it looks like this should be solved a different way. Layers have now a type, so one can check for the layer type and check only the ones related to the particular DRC check.
